I wanted to convey my appreciation to you and your team at Indesign Creations for the work done for Christmas 2021 and Chinese New Year 2022 at Raffles Place.
As it was our first time working on a temporary festive décor project for our precinct, I am appreciative of the initiative, assistance and flexibility shown by you and your team before and during the projects. The décor for both occations was well received and we have also taken back important learning points for improvement in future projects.
I wanted to highlight the efforts of you and your team, such as Ramu, who provided timely support and responded to rectifification requests with urgency and ownership. Happy that there was partnership throughout the project, which led to its success.
